Our Recruitment Rrocess
We want you, as a job applicant, to feel confident and well-informed about how our recruitment process works – from your first contact with us all the way to a potential job offer. Below is an overview of the typical steps involved:

Selection
We review applications on an ongoing basis until the application deadline. If your profile matches what we're looking for, we’ll reach out to schedule an initial phone interview. If you're not moving forward in the process, you’ll receive a thank-you email as soon as possible.

Interviews
In addition to the phone interview, you’ll be invited to 2–3 in-depth interviews where we focus on your experience and personal skills.
After each step, you’ll receive clear information about what’s next.

Assessments
The assessments we use vary depending on the role. Typically they include technical assessments, personality and ability tests. These help us better understand how your strengths align with the role. You’ll always receive your test results afterwards.

Background Check
If you’re a final candidate, we’ll ask for two references to validate your experience. For all roles, a security interview on-site is also part of the process. With your consent, we perform a standard background check, which includes a credit check, business affiliations, and a criminal record extract.

Offer & Employment
When it’s a match, it’s time to discuss the details. We’ll agree on a start date and send your contract for e-signing. Throughout the process, you’ll have received more insight into our benefits and what we offer.

We’re also interested in hearing about situations you’ve experienced in your work life, so it’s a good idea to think of some concrete examples to share during our meeting. The interview is also your opportunity to get answers to any questions you might have — so don’t hesitate to interview us too! For some interviews, we may ask you to prepare a few questions or present a case. But don’t worry, we’ll guide you through everything you need to know when we schedule the interview.

About Cparta Cyber Defense
Cparta was founded in 2020, with the conviction that the solution to the security challenges of digitalization is to build a Collective Commercial Cyber Defense (C3D) together. Cpartas Vision is to defend the digital integrity of Swedish critical societal functions and intellectual property. The Mission is to create this Collective Commercial Cyber Defense (C3D) to enable clients to leverage digitalization.
C3D is a commercial initiative inspired by the Swedish doctrine of “Totalförsvar” for the Cyber domain. Cparta focuses on protecting critical infrastructure and vital intellectual property and industry since these are essential for Swedish society and national competitiveness. Cpartas clients and partners networks are key to collect and share valuable data and experiences, helping each other to become more safe.
