Our Culture
At our workplace, we do more than just work side by side – we build a community. Every month, we get together for after-work drinks, and every morning there’s breakfast ready for you to enjoy. Once a month, the whole organization comes together for our All Hands meeting, where we kick off the day with an extra-special breakfast and hear inspiring updates from colleagues about what’s happening across the company.
Beyond that, there’s no shortage of social activities driven by our people – from running, working out, and cycling to playing padel or poker. We even have a party committee that dreams up and organizes our events and celebrations. If you love arranging get-togethers or coming up with fun ideas, you’re more than welcome to join in.

Good to Know

Before your first day with us, we’ll need a few details from you – such as your preferred equipment, emergency contact information (ICE), and your bank account details for salary payments. You will have received (or will soon receive) a form via our HR system, Simployer. It only takes a few minutes to complete, but it’s important so we can make sure everything is ready for you when you arrive.
As you prepare to join us, remember to update your employer on LinkedIn – and why not take the opportunity to add one of our headers as a background image to your profile?

On your very first day, you’ll be greeted by our Office Manager or your manager, and we’ll make sure you feel right at home. You’ll get to meet the team, get set up with all the tools and systems you need, and of course, join us for a casual team lunch where you can start building connections and friendships.
During your first week, we’ll help you settle in, show you our safety procedures, and introduce you to our tools, workflows, and your personal onboarding plan. You’ll also meet key people across the team and see how we work – both collaboratively and independently.
Our goal is to help you feel confident and comfortable in your role as quickly as possible. In your first weeks, you’ll:
* Learn about our business, the C3D model, and how we approach safety
* Meet colleagues from different parts of the organization
* Receive guidance and support from your manager or mentor

Come as you are! We value professionalism, but feeling comfortable is just as important. Whether you prefer smart casual, relaxed office wear, or something in between, the key is that you feel confident and at ease while working. Our goal is for everyone to focus on doing great work – not worrying about what to wear.

Our office is on Bryggargatan in the heart of Stockholm, just a short walk from the Central Station and T-Centralen. You’ll be close to public transport, shops, gyms, and plenty of great lunch spots.

We have a flexible approach to work – what matters most is that we deliver great results together. You can tailor your schedule to fit your workflow and life outside of work, as long as we stay connected and collaborate effectively as a team. The focus is on getting things done, supporting each other, and maintaining a healthy balance while contributing to our shared goals.

To make collaboration easier and keep everyone up to date, we currently use three main tools for internal communication:
* Teams – for meetings, group chats, and real-time document collaboration. This is also where we hold our digital team meetings and project groups.
* Outlook –our primary platform for email and calendar management, where you schedule meetings and organize your daily work plan.
* Signal – a secure and fast messaging service for quick communication, especially when it comes to sensitive information or rapid check-ins.
These tools help us communicate efficiently and smoothly, both within teams and across the organization. You’ll soon get access to them and an introduction to how we use each tool for optimal collaboration.

About Cparta Cyber Defense
Cparta was founded in 2020, with the conviction that the solution to the security challenges of digitalization is to build a Collective Commercial Cyber Defense (C3D) together. Cpartas Vision is to defend the digital integrity of Swedish critical societal functions and intellectual property. The Mission is to create this Collective Commercial Cyber Defense (C3D) to enable clients to leverage digitalization.
C3D is a commercial initiative inspired by the Swedish doctrine of “Totalförsvar” for the Cyber domain. Cparta focuses on protecting critical infrastructure and vital intellectual property and industry since these are essential for Swedish society and national competitiveness. Cpartas clients and partners networks are key to collect and share valuable data and experiences, helping each other to become more safe.
